Periauger’s annual maintenance was performed, as usual, during early March by a team of dedicated volunteers. During this work, once again, Miss P and her volunteers were kept warm and dry inside the Holiday Island maintenance shed - thank you, Holiday Island! Her first outing of the season was a trailer- visit to the Museum of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City for its annual “Down the River” day of educational exhibits for 4th grade school children. |
